The Center for Transnational Law (CENTRAL) of the University of Cologne in Germany operates the world’s first online knowledge and codification platform for transnational commercial law, the Transnational Law Digest & Bibliography (TLDB). The TLDB, previously known as the Transnational Law Database, can be accessed at www.tldb.net (formerly www.tldb.de).
