Doctorate Programme European and Comparative Private Law, University of Girona

Information on the Doctorate Programme European and Comparative Private Law of the University of Girona is now available on the Internet:

This is an English-language, eight-week compact postgraduate programme (DEA), which aims at providing Spanish and foreign law graduates with an in-depth comparative approach to selected topics of national and international private law. The programme will take place in May and June 2004.

Supported by a selected group of members of the Department of Private Law of the University of Girona who maintain significant teaching and research interests in the field of international and comparative private Law, a substantial number of prominent comparatists and acknowledged scholars are involved as teaching staff. Lectures, workshops, seminars, etc. will be held in English, but information on the programme is also available in Spanish and Catalan.
